This futuristic HUNDERTWASSER ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT
was handed over to the residents on September 2, 1994.
In Hundertwasser's visionary architecture there is diversity instead of monotony, the organic and unregulated irregularities instead of the grid system.
The organic structure of the buildings, the green courtyard, the tree tenants, the tree-lined roof terraces are an architectural signal, an architecture for the people, for a life in harmony with nature and individual creativity.
