Hundertwasser's comment on the work

Plants are the perfectly balanced counterweight to man and beast. They are cohabitants of the earth, with the right of first habitation; silently, softly they make our existence possible. Plants give us the air we breathe, the food we eat, forms of renewable energy. Their beauty, their harmony and their order are an example to us: our true teachers.
